Q.) How much is shipping?

A.) All our shipping is now free to you! 

 Q.) Do you do expedited shipping?

A.) We know sometimes things happen – so please email us directly so we can see what shipping methods are available and a price quote for rushed shipping.

 Q.) What is your standard order processing time?

A.) We normally will have your order shipping to you within 48 hours. If there are any issues that arise – we will be sure to be in contact with you. Communication is important to us!  Generally after your order is processed, it will arrive within 5-10 business days.

 Q.) Do you offer returns and/or exchanges?

A.) We want you to be more than happy with your products, and ultimately love your new items. If for any reason at all you get your item and decide that you don’t love it – you can return it to us for an exchange of another product or a refund of your money. Please remember that all items must be in original condition and packaging, you will need to provide tracking of the item back to us and you are responsible for any charges incurred for returning the product back to us. Any returns or exchanges must be returned back to us within 30 business days.

 

Q.) What if my product comes in damaged?

A.) Please notify us directly via email or phone within 2 business days if you have any damage to the product you received. Any damaged product not reported to us within 48 hours of receiving them will not be eligible for a refund/exchange.

 

Q.) Where can I find out additional information on a specific product?

A.) If you have any item that you are interested in but want more information or pictures of it – please do not hesitate to contact us! We want you to be happy with your purchase, and not hesitate! We are here to help!
